I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Radiant Smiles! The staff was very welcoming and friendly from beginning to end! They were also extremely organized! The office was very clean and has nice decorum. The hygienist was very friendly/knowledgeable and made the visit very smooth! She also made sure I understand everything we were doing during the appointment! Morgan gave pleasant conversation and great information about the area! The doctor explained things in medical terminology but, also broke things down to be more understandable for those of us not familiar with the language. I can tell he and everyone genuinely care about giving patients THE BEST guest experience! Overall, it was a wonderful experience! I look forward to my next visit!

It was wonderful. Everyone was polite and friendly from the minute I entered the office. Very professional and went out of their way to make the whole experience pleasant. The hygienist and Dentist were very kind and patient with me – the doctor took time to explain recommended procedures to me and answer all my questions, and the practice provided price information so there would be no surprises. I have never been to a nicer dental practice.

I have been going to Radiant Smile for 3 years and have never had to wait a single time for my appointment to begin. I even showed up an hour early and they took me an hour early. I’ve called for emergencies and they took me the same day more than once. I’ve had so many bad experiences with other dentists that I began dreading going to dentists. I LOVE the staff at radiant. They are always singing and happy. Trust me, if you want the woman or man of your dreams, stop wishing on a shooting star, and begin visiting Dr. D! My new smile more of a panty dropper than a Ferrari!

First time at the office, everyone makes you feel like your at home. Everyone from the hygienists, office manager and doctor took time to explain and show examples to help ensure you had a thorough understanding. I love the staff been coming to this location for years. But the Doctor in this office is by far the best. The staff is so kind and helpful. When I come in with my four kids they are helping me out making sure we are all taken care of. I don’t plan on leaving this practice anytime soon thats for sure.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I want to do so for this dentist. The staffs are so nice and kind. Dr. Raynald is the dentist you can trust. From the previous dentist, my kid was recommended for either root canals or extractions of one of the permanent teeth. But Dr. Raynald found out that infection is not in the tooth, but in the gums(right beside the tooth). So he removed all the infected pus and cleaned out the area and stitched up safely. My kid was not afraid of the procedure. Also, it was really hard to find out a dentist office that accepts my insurance. This dentist accept many different insurances, including mine. I highly recommend this dentist. I will bring my other kids to this dentist

Waiting Room was nice, additionally I noticed Exam Room floor and baseboards are cleaned regularly. The last Dentist I visited before changing to Radiant, their Exam Room floor, etc. were not clean. The Staff at Radiant were pleasant, welcoming and and thorough.

I hate going to the dentist with everything in me! However I love this place and the main dentist is amazing. I’ve had to get fill ins, lots of them over the years and have been to a few places. This dentist did a great job doing them! I will actually go to the dentist now when I need to instead of putting it off forever.

i just had my teeth whitening and it was amazing!!! Morgan helped me and she gave me everything i need to have the most comfortable dental experience, i mean i’m cold, she gave me blanket, my neck hurts and she gave me the softest pillow ever, i’m bored, she turned on the tv for me to watch my choice of movie…and the last thing i know, i have a white teeth. SO GLAD I found Radiant Smiles!! Was looking for a new dentist. Saw nothing but excellent reviews and decided to give them a try. SO GLAD I DID! Everyone was so NICE! Heather did my teeth and she was EXCELLENT! She explained to me that I have been brushing my teeth wrong my entire life! BLEW my mind! She also asked after she was done for me to run my tongue over my teeth to see if she missed anything. No hygienist in my ENTIRE LIFE has asked me that. Just above and beyond! The head Dr. also came in to say hello and took a peek and shared info with me about my teeth. So knowledgeable!! Just a lovely office, full of lovely people! It may sound crazy but I now love going to My Dentist! Everyone there are so friendly. They are so detailed with cleaning my teeth. They always ask if you are in pain or uncomfortable. We originally assigned this office to be our daughters primary dental care facility. After the first visit both my parnter & I switched to make this our primary dentistry! My mom switched as well & has scheduled her appt for crown replacement this month. We genuinely appreciate the atmosphere from entry upon exiting Radiant Smiles. Dr. Raynald L. Desameau has always educated us whenever we expressed uncertainty about something regarding our dental care. My first impression of Radiant Smiles as I entered the office was quite pleasant, there was a really nice aroma in the air, it was clean, neatly organized. The two ladies at the front counter were extremely nice also. My wait time was minimal… couldn’t believe it. Once in the back, I felt really comfortable, they have the tv on… it was a cooking show. The dental assistant comes in and introduces herself Hi Karen!!! Karen was extremely kind, very knowledgeable and made me feel to home. They all wore face masks. Then, my dentists walks in and guess what he did IMMEDIATELY!? He washed his hand as he greeted me. The “icing on the cake” for me was the fact that this dentistry has a facility of very diverse people. You don’t see this often. And even more impressive, my dentist is an African- American male. My only issue per-say is the dentists talks way to fast. I had to ask him to repeat sometimes. I’ll be going for my 2nd appointment shortly. TS Ft. Mill

These folks are super. The place is really nice and well maintained. Very neat and clean. And the staff is the best. Very friendly and attentive to the client. The surroundings are very relaxing. You have to see the overhead light panels. Very cool touch. Most places have a cold, sterile approach that always reminds you that you’re in a dentist’s chair. With Radiant Smiles, it’s easy to forget where you are because they go out of their way to make the experience as relaxing and stress-free as possible. I’ve never seen a dentist’s office look as this one does. It’s different but in the best way possible. Check them out and I’m sure you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

First let me start off by saying how amazing Dr. D truly is! I had never had any type of surgery or anything before getting my wisdom teeth taken out, so I was definitely nervous. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, provided me with a TV to watch while I got my teeth taken out and was so friendly and fast! Secondly, the ladies of the office staff are great! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Its been 4 days since I got my teeth taken out and there is pretty much no pain, which is great. I do not mind making the trip to my new dentist! 😁

I’ve had traumatic experiences with dentists in the past and I was so nervous coming to a new dentist. I finally worked up the courage to make an appointment and I saw Radiant Smiles had great reviews! Now I know why! The receptionist on the phone was so accommodating and kind. Booking my appointment was fast and easy. Once I arrived, I was greeted and taken back almost right away. My hygienist was unbelievably gentle, understanding and caring. She made sure I was comfortable the whole cleaning while also doing an incredibly throughout job! The dentist himself came in and took a look, explained a few things and encouraged me instead of lecturing me like most dentists do. I HIGHLY recommend making your next appointment with Radiant Smiles. I will never go anywhere else!!

I had my initial consultation with Dr. Desameau a few months ago. He was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. His staff was also very friendly. Today I started the first phase of my dental work. I had a major accident and am in need of major dental rehabilitation. From the time I walked in this morning at 9am to now at 8pm…. I’m beyond impressed. My extractions were done painlessly and Dr. Desameau took the time to explain the next phase of my dental rehabilitation. I’m excited to see this dental transformation happen!!!! Now…. I have to talk about Shannon, the office manager. She greeted me with a smile at 9am and assisted Dr. Desameau through the entire process. I recently had surgery on my ankle from my accident and can’t walk on my foot (I use a walker)… she took care assisting me to the restroom half way through the procedure… she took great care to make sure I got there safely, waited for me to finish and walked with me back to my dental chair… such great care!!!! At the end of my appointment, she walked with me out to get in the car… carried my purse and all (since I had the walker) and sent me off with a smile. I got home and fell asleep…. I over slept and didn’t realize the pharmacy I asked them to send my prescriptions to closed early and would be closed throughout the weekend. When I called the emergency line at 8pm, it was Shannon who answered! Couldn’t believe she was still working. She went above and beyond to make sure my prescriptions were re-sent to a pharmacy that would be open throughout the weekend. I’m highly impressed by the way Shannon goes above and beyond for her patients…. I would give 10 stars if I could! Today, I was reassured that I picked the right place for my dental rehabilitation…. Thank you so much Shannon and Dr. Desameau!!!!!!!

Dr. D is a phenomenal, detail oriented dentist. The staff is genial. I had previously been under Dr. D’s care when he was at another office. I usually have anxiety going to the dentist but this has been my best dental experience! From the moment you walk in you can tell everyone cares. I enjoyed the relaxing and upbeat environment, from the music to the cool scenic images in the lights which made my dental experience more enjoyable when I was getting my cleaning done. Dash is amazing, sweet and thorough I could tell she cares about making sure she does a job well done! She did a thorough oral assessment checking for any signs of malignancy or anything concerning which I appreciated. Doctor D is kind and friendly, he wants to take care of his patients like they are family. He educates his patients, he is honest and has integrity, you can tell this is his passion and calling. This was my first time trying Radiant Smiles after a referral from a close friend and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The front desk associates were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and had amazing customer service. My dentist was a pleasure and allowed for me to ask questions while providing some techniques to incrementally improve on my dental hygiene. Dr. D and his staff impressed again!!!! The front office staff is amazing and addressed me by name as soon as I walked in the door(only my second visit) and keep me updated about my wait(i was almost an hour early). Then Dr. D and Tanya knocked out my filling so fast, I think we spent more time chatting about no dental related matters than the actual filling took. Give them a shot and you won’t regret it!

Great environment once I walked through the doors. I believe I was the last appointment of the day but everyone was still lively and helpful. I was just doing X-rays and cleaning and my hygienist, Dash made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable at any point. Dr. Desameau was very caring and knowledgeable and the whole process was really fast and efficient. My other dentist office would make me wait for so long that I hated going to the dentist.

My anxiety runs high at the mention of dentist due to a prior awful experience, so needless to say I had a ton of questions that I was prepared to bombard the doctor with. Upon arrival the place is very well kept which is a plus. As stated my nerves run high at the dentist so just before the doctor arrived the dental assistant went over and beyond to ensure my comfort and equally as patient with me, was the doctor as he took time to thoroughly explain my proposed care plan to me. Then enters the office manager who sat down with me and discussed very pocket friendly options with me as far as payment. I had a great experience here. Absolutely wonderful experience! The entire team, from the time you get to the front door were excellent- super hygienic, friendly & the staff was caring. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the dental hygienist Dash was and the dentist, Dr. D, are a 10 plus! 10 stars!

My husband and I have been on the hunt to find a family dentist since moving to Charlotte. Radiant Smiles was the last stop on that search. The team was absolutely amazing. They were friendly even after all the questions I asked of them. At other offices I’ve felt rushed during my exam but Dash (dental hygienist) was very thorough and gave me tips about flossing (because let’s be real —it’s a task). Even down to dentist himself—Dr. Deseamu was very knowledgeable and took the time out to ask me if I personally had any concerns about the health of my teeth. If you’re looking for a dentist office to live up to the “family dentistry” name look no further. Radiant Smiles is your new home!

To start, I’m using my husband’s Google account, so I’m the wifey. I went to Radiant Smiles today and have to admit I was terrified of being there. I usually get devil hygienists who take pleasure in drawing as much blood from my gums as possible as they gripe about me needing to floss. I’ve avoided dentists for over 3 years for fear of vengeful hygienists, but I had a terrible toothache and couldn’t avoid it any more. I went today expecting to need a root canal or at least multiple fillings and chose this practice because they were recommended to me. My impressions were as follows: 1. The practice was clean and precise. Despite the Covid restrictions, things moved like clockwork. 2. The hygienists weren’t out for blood. I genuinely enjoyed my visit, and my hygienist made an effort to avoid my tender tooth while she was working on my teeth. I appreciated that. 3. The dentist himself was HONEST (elaborating below), professional, and prompt. No long waiting in the chair staring at the wall. Turns out my gum was just irritated from some food stuck in the veeeeery back of my tooth that I couldn’t reach. I was prepared and pretty vocal about thinking I would need major work done on my teeth to fix the ache. I’ve always had perfect, healthy teeth, and I was scared about getting a ton of work done but resigned to it. However, I was reassured that my gum was only agitated from the ‘debris’ stuck in the back (a polite way for them to say you have some food in your teeth😂) and a salt water wash for 2-3 days back there should fix it. If not, I can call back to have a paste called in to my pharmacy. I’ve been raked over the coals by dentists before. Luckily I seek second opinions most of the time. A lot of them are, unfortunately, looking for lots of work for lots of money. Honesty is invaluable, and this will be my practice of choice for more regular cleanings in the future. I highly recommend you try them out if you’re looking for a new dentist. The whole experience was positive, and I won’t be dreading my return for a cleaning in six months now!

My husband has been a patient for sometime and for whatever reason I had another dentist. I switched over and I’m glad I did. From the GENTLE cleaning to the zoom whitening, everything went smoothly and everything was throughly explained. Dr. D was very honest about concerns I had and I’m happy to say that I have found a dentist and staff who care.

I have been a patient at this location since 2009. It has recently changed ownership with Dr. Desameau, DMD, AKA Dr. D. I was skeptical and questionable at first as any patient would be. My son saw him for a cleaning a few months prior and said “I like him, he’s cool”. All that being said what I liked about Dr. D on our first meeting was he point blank asked me “How do you feel about your teeth”? Wow.. blew me away.. Just for background, I want to save the ones I have. Dr. D is the da Vinci of dentistry. He basically rebuilt my front teeth with fillings…. All of my family and friends are amazed… The most important thing to know is he took his TIME and was not just adding a filling but creating art. I am looking forward to our follow up in regards to other areas of my teeth. The Dr. has me flossing, who knew. Dr. D “YOU ROCK!”

This has been the best experience in my life!!!!! The Dr. was absolutely amazing!!!!! And the staff was unbelievably kind!!!!!!! I have NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD A DENTIST AND STAFF CARE AS MYCH AS THEY CARED HERE!!! I am forever grateful!!!!
