“I love the field dentistry and I love helping people, so every morning I wake up excited to come to the office. I treat my patient’s like family because developing trust is of the utmost importance to me. I want to make sure that every person I interact with knows that their health and comfort are important, that they are not a number, but a person, and should be treated as such. My goal in life is to make a positive impact in every endeavor possible. I will continue to strive to do this.”

A smile is the first impression we make when meeting someone new. It could build confidence and make people feel comfortable to open up and get to know you. I got into dentistry because at a very young age my sister fell on her face and broke her two front teeth. For many years she wouldn’t smile and would kind of fade into the background. Once she was an adult and was able to get full coverage restorations, her confidence soared, it all changed the day her smile reappeared. Seeing the profound effect of a kind dentist and excellent dentistry on my sister and her confidence resonated with me. I wanted to be a part of this process and do my part to help educate and care for our patients the way my sister was taken care of years ago.

“My love for dentistry started as a child. I always enjoyed my routine visits to the dentist; however, this sentiment was amplified after completion of my journey with ortho (braces). I experienced a great boost in confidence and loved my smile after the transition. I distinctly remember overhearing a staff member say during one of my ortho visits that “you can change someone’s life with their smile” and that always stuck with me. From that day I knew dentistry would be the field for me!”

“A smile tells a story and can create history. Think about it, every healthy relationship starts with a smile. My mission as an RDH is to bridge the gap between oral health and systemic health. To educate and motivate each individual on the importance of their gums. Dentistry is not just a job to me, it’s my purpose. Needless to say, I take pleasure in what I do on a daily basis. I prioritize each individual who sits in my chair with the quality of care I strive to give. My goal is to create healthy smiles one person/patient at a time.”

“In my opinion, confidence starts with a smile, and a beautiful smile starts with great oral hygiene. Being a part of a patient’s story of gaining their confidence to smile “big” again means the world to me. I love that I am able to educate patients on their needs and build friendships along the way. Seeing a patient wear their smile with pride after their appointment is of the utmost importance to me, and I love being a part of that process!”

“It is very rewarding for me to see patients smile when I attempt to make them feel comfortable and at ease with my welcoming personality. Furthermore, I am honored to assist with the process of helping patients to love their own smiles after treatment. Beyond the esthetic appearance of one’s smile though, we also help people whom are in pain and help to maintain their health. This is the true reward of my profession.”

FAQs

WE ARE AVAILABLE TO HELP ANSWER THE QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE

Unless otherwise directed, dental appointments should be scheduled every 6 months for a routine cleaning and examination. Patients with certain conditions may need to be seen more frequently.

We work with many insurance plans to maximize your benefits and minimize your out-of-pocket costs. Contact your insurance company to find out if we are in-network with your current plan.

At Radiant Smiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, we are a one stop shop of general, cosmetic, and restorative dental services. Some of our services include:

Crowns and bridges are both fixed dental restorations. Made of porcelain, dental crowns are covers that restore or protect broken or decayed teeth. They may also cover dental implants or a tooth following a root canal.

A dental bridge replaces a missing tooth. The bridge anchors to the adjacent teeth and has a false tooth in the middle. Ask your Radiant Smiles dentist which dental procedures are correct for your needs!

Dental implants are essentially posts that are positioned in the jaw in place of the missing tooth or teeth. The implant itself takes the place of the tooth root keeping the bone healthy and forming a sturdy base for a dental restoration. The implant can be topped with a crown, bridge, or denture depending on the number of teeth being replaced.

Wisdom teeth extraction is one of the most common oral procedures. When there isn’t enough room in the mouth for the wisdom teeth to erupt naturally, they cause problems such as impacted teeth, crowding, and wear on the adjacent teeth. Removing wisdom teeth protects your oral health. Contact us for a consultation to see if extractions are right for you.

It’s simple. Just call our office or fill out our contact form and we will get back to you quickly. We can’t wait to meet you and to help you get a more radiant smile!
