Safe Sedation Dentistry
Nitrous oxide is a very safe option for sedation dentistry. The patient’s medical history is thoroughly reviewed to ensure there are no allergies or diseases that could cause adverse reactions. If used, the medication is closely monitored and controlled by the dental team throughout the procedure.
Nitrous oxide takes effect immediately. It does not cause drowsiness so the patient remains awake and can communicate with the dentist. The patient breathes in a combination of oxygen and nitrous oxide through a mask.
Once the treatment is over, the medication is stopped and the effects cease immediately without any lasting effects. As the medication is turned off, the patient breathes in only oxygen to clear the lungs. Since there are no side effects or lingering reactions, patients can drive themselves home and resume normal activities after the appointment.

Appointment started on time. Thought I would need a root canal, but dentist recommended a filling. Was able to do the filling right away due to fewer other appointments booked for that day (Friday before Christmas weekend.) Filling looks and looks great!)

I love the staff been coming to this location for years. But the Doctor in this office is by far the best. The staff is so kind and helpful. When I come in with my four kids they are helping me out making sure we are all taken care of. I don't plan on leaving this practice anytime soon thats for sure.
