Dr. Desameau and his team at Radiant Smiles are fantastic! Their superior customer service, knowledge and expertise have prompted me to share my experience with others. When looking for a dentist to perform a root canal, I was extremely skeptical and hesitant, having had a few bad experiences with other dentists prior to visiting Radiant Smiles. After an initial evaluation, Dr. Desameau took the time to explain what was happening with my teeth, what needed to be performed in order to solve the problem, and then explained that all of the surgery could be done on the premises, without having to go to an additional surgeon for the root canal. Dr. Desameau's patience while answering all of my questions and concerns was priceless. He set my mind at ease so that I had no questions on the day of my root canal appointment. My biggest fear was that I would experience pain from the surgery, as I had heard horror stories from others who had gotten a root canal. During the procedure, I was bracing myself, waiting for a jolt of pain to hit me, but it never came. Amazingly, Dr. Desameau performed the entire root canal without causing any pain in my teeth! I've since been back to the office twice for a scheduled cleaning and Heather has been terrific to work with. She is sensitive to patient's concerns and extremely patient. Again, there was no pain involved in either of these visits as well. I never thought that I would find a dentist as remarkable as Dr. Desameau, nor be writing a review about my own dental experience, but am so excited that I had to let others know as well. If you're looking for the best dentist in Charlotte, I would highly recommend Radiant Smiles. If the fear of pain during dental procedures is a concern, then Dr. Desameau and his team are the perfect fit for providing unsurpassed, premier dentistry without the pain that is often associated with dental visits.
